Please read these full terms and conditions carefully before using the 755bd platform. This is a legal agreement between you and us.

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 755bd platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

755bd is an online entertainment platform that provides live casino, slots, sports betting and various other gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. Our platform operates entirely in Bengali and supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. In the event of changes, we will publish a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the 755bd platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must use the platform voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
  • You may only have one active account.
  • Online gaming must be legal in the country or region where you are located.
  • You must register an account in your own identity — operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
For ages 21+. Opening an account by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age and may request identification documents when necessary.

If any user meets the age requirement by providing false information, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

Account Registration

When registering an account on 755bd, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Please keep the following in mind during the registration process:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Your name, date of birth, address and contact details must be correct. Registering with false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may not be returned.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, family, household, device or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in loss of bonus privileges and account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal request or at any time, 755bd may request the following documents to verify your identity:

  • Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Follow the guidelines below for security:

  • Use a strong and unique password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
  • Never share your login details with any third party.
  • If you log in on a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.

755bd is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account unless it is a direct result of our negligence.

755bd will never ask for your full password via email or live chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as a fraud attempt.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing money on 755bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (by any method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

  • The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
  • Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
  • Keep records of every deposit transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made before bonus wagering requirements are met.
  • Unusual withdrawal patterns may require additional verification.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the combined amount of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal. For example, a ৳2,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳4,000 × 10 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.

  • A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements.
  • Wagering contributions may not be equal across all games.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of both accounts.

6.3 VIP Program

The 755bd VIP Program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week

Tiers are upgraded based on regular gaming activity and loyalty. The account must remain active to receive VIP benefits.

6.4 General Promotion Terms

  • All bonuses can only be claimed once.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met.
  • Violating bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
  • 755bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games offered on the 755bd platform are operated fairly. The rules of individual game providers apply and must be followed alongside these Terms.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer system. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, the result of the last completed round is generally considered final.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. Maximum bet limits on specific games may apply when using a bonus. Exceeding these limits may result in cancellation of the bonus.

7.3 Technical Issues

755bd is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or device issues. However, in the case of errors on our server side, compensation will be considered after a proper investigation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Opening multiple accounts to commit bonus fraud.
  • Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
  • Using software bots or automated systems to play games.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Colluding with other users to influence game results.
  • Using a false identity or forging documents.
  • Placing bets or making withdrawals using a third-party account.
  • Threatening or harassing other users of the platform.
If fraudulent activity is detected, all funds in the associated account will be forfeited and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by 755bd

755bd may close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to submit identity verification documents.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Orders from a court or law enforcement authority.

9.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid funds before the account is closed. Any bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

9.3 Inactive Accounts
